AGBA集團今日與Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd簽署收購協(xié)議是次收購為AGBA業(yè)務(wù)由大灣區(qū)擴展至東南亞地區(qū)的重要里程碑香港和新加坡2023年4月5日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（“AGBA”“匯邦”）今日宣布于2023年4月5日訂立一份買賣協(xié)議，收購Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡獲得正式許可的財務(wù)顧問和保險經(jīng)紀公司。AGBA連同其子公司統(tǒng)稱“AGBA集團”或“匯邦集團”，為一家總部在香港的領(lǐng)先一站式金融超市。
